Believe it or not, John Singleton is also a very accomplished copyright attorney. Through some trick of fate, John found himself representing a large TV network out of Korea that enlisted his help in protecting their copyrights to daytime Korean soap operas imported on video cassettes. As a result, he prosecuted numerous pirating operations up and down the East Coast seizing copyrighted materials as well as all of the equipment used to make pirated versions.
